As worrying is the fact that they are nearly 8 months late filing their own accounts and 3 months late with the annual return.

ROFLMAO. I have no axe to grind at all with the company in question. But I do question the wisdom of the guy saying "hey it's all cool, we've only got a crap credit rating because we take all the dosh" if he is late with the filings.

Mind you we always used to extract all our profits for a large number of years. Made no difference at all to our rating, guess individual mileage varies.
