I did a few credit checks for a client on my computer, It's been emailing me live updates for the last 3 months!!!!!!! -
That's useful and could be a real help for all the newbies on here. I always thought you had to pay for all this stuff but if you can get it for nothing perhaps you could do it for all the umbrella companies. We'd know the good from the bad thenComment

I'm the MD of Planit Services.
Just to be clear...we've been in business 10 years and I've been a practising Chartered Accountant for 24 years (for my sins!).
We are a profitable company, have never been in liquidation, administration or have any other financial problems (unlike so many of our competitors).
We provide a full range of accounting services, and get most of our business via client recommendation.
Most of our annual profits are extracted from the company (we have no reason to retain them) and therefore the balance sheet value is low.
This is the main determinant of the credit rating; which I would suggest therefore is pretty meaningless.
This is not an ad, and I know some of you will say "he would say that" but it's sometimes a little bit annoying to see your company knocked for no good reason.Comment

Not nice getting getting bad press if there's no problem. Personally I think there's alot of cowboys out there but again, just depends if your unlucky and get caught up.
Whilst on the subject, I had a call direct from a client yesterday afternoon. No notification he would ring, gave me a 10 minute interview on the phone (in tescos at the time), and then said he'd let the agent know what he thought. 10 mins later, get a call from the agent apologizing she'd not pre empted me. But I'd got the gig, start on the 29th. WTF. I basically applied to a advert on jobserve, phone them, have a quick chat, 2 days later this guy is on the phone, now I have 2 new contracts due to start on the 29th of this month. One for the Police and this one I believe is the NHS via an outsourcer.
Might have to set up me own agency !! Must be a piece of piss.;..Comment

I've been with planIT for 7 years, was recommended to use them from a PwC VP and have spoken to Mr Learer on a few occasions.
Excellent and professional service.
Now, Mr L, where's me £5?If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.Comment

As worrying is the fact that they are nearly 8 months late filing their own accounts and 3 months late with the annual return.Originally posted by YNWANeed a confirmation letter done for a HSMP visa, and asked Properity4.....guess what, they have no qualified accountants who can sign this off!!!
