    company assets and company closure

What is the best thing to do with the company assets (laptop, etc..) while closure? Any advice.

Sell them at to yourself at a reasonable market value. If it's just laptop and phone and they are more than a couple of years old then just write them off IMO. If you have an accountant helping you close the company then pass it by him as well.

The assets can be retained by you as part of the distribution of capital, in most cases the value is very small so they are unlikely to make any impact on the overall numbers.

Your accountant can advise but it isn't anything to worry about.
