Contractcalculator bad advise re 24 month rule?

    Same building, different client

If a contractor has been working for one client in a building with other tenants, and wins a contract with one of the other tenants, which is genuinely a completely separate company in different offices in the building, then the 24-month rule is reset and the contractor can claim travel expenses.
That's not how I understand it? Location is the key not the client, right??
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

Shockingly bad advice Same location, all bar a couple of feet, definitely does not reset 24 month rule

I have no intention of getting into an argument with another website. How those guys choose to interpret the 24-month rule is up to them.

And for that reason I'm locking this thread.
