Luxembourg registrations for 6 months contract

HELP !

Contract in Lux for 6 months. I was advised to bill from a limited company outside of Lux.

Assuming their mandatory registrations ( communal, others ) are made on my part, do the lux authorities care about how my Ltd manages its accounts ( taxes, etc ). ? Could they be requesting any such documents of that LTD company.

I am advised that after 6 months I have to go with the herd "locally resident", so the question is regarding the first 6 months really.

BTW. Feel free to recommend to me any lux tax/accountants.
