GAAR - impact on Ltd companies?

The "Family busines Tax" was NL's failed (or 'wimped out' might be a better name) attempt to reverse the Arctic Systems decision. that was shown to be both unworkable and inept in equal measure. About par for the course fo rhte Treasury then.

I got a set of meeting minutes yesterday with about 14 actions down to "MV". Having checked, just in case I really was asleep during that meeting and missed something important, it wasn't me but another attendee with the same intials.
