            It's not really what we prefer, it is what actually makes sense to people dealing with you. There are three types of limited liability companies so using LLC is not very specific. Best to call it what everyone in your industry recognise..

            Private Limited Company (limited by shares)
            Private Limited Company (limited by guarantee)
            Public Limited Company
