You are better of not responding at all and not turning up.Originally posted by louie View PostAh well I was looking forward to doing it, will just say I can't make it.
Strangely legal letters and letters for jury service have a habit of going missing from people's letter boxes........"You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

If you have legal expenses cover then this may also include jury cover...mine does.

If you're asked to do jury service and are able to, you are legally required to go to court to be part of a jury.Originally posted by louie View PostCan I not say I am on holiday and then take out insurance for next time?

They only pay £60 a day, if it goes on for a few weeks then Im down a lot of cash. I want to do it, but they should cover your daily rate if they expect you to show up.Originally posted by Pondlife View PostIf you're asked to do jury service and are able to, you are legally required to go to court to be part of a jury.
