Need advice about DTA between Spain and UK

    Hi

I would like advice from someone that is familiar with the Spanish tax system and the DTA between Spain and UK. I've talked to a few accountants in Spain, but they are not familiar with UK tax.

My family and I live in Spain and I work remotely doing UK IT contracts
I travel infrequently to the UK (under 90 days a year)
I invoice my work through the UK limited company
    My Spanish company is dormant

I'd like a second opinion. If you are familiar with the UK/Spain DTA please PM me.

This forum is a wealth of resources with every question you can imagine being asked plenty of times. The Welcome/FAQ forum has a sticky about how to search the forums and get to all this knowledge. The post is here..

    http://forums.contractoruk.com/welco...uk-forums.html

Actually applying this little nugget of information returns about 113 threads mentioning Spain in this section of the forum which I am sure will help you to some extent.

The result of the search is

    spain site:forums.contractoruk.com/accounting-legal/ - Google Search

        Hi

I'd already searched the forum, but there is not much relevant to my specific situation.

My situation is fairly unique, so I'm looking for contact details of tax specialist that knows about the Spain/UK DTA.
