Yeah I'm so wet. In my case he stole the money out of HMRCs bank, and because they have no duty of care I was liable. Quite how that makes me naive I'm unsure, perhaps I should have sat on the money in HMRCs bank? perhaps I should have mistrusted:
1/ that the PCG recommended him on their site
2/ numerous people on here recommended him,
