I don't know if it is significant but all the ones I've seen so far were dated March 2006, and this was just before the investigation was moved from Liverpool to Manchester.
Wish this was known at the HR hearing. Still good for ECHR when we get there and yet another comeback to gauke. The fact there are several is also encouraging. Can you confirm the enquiries were closed after Montpellier responded to it and provided further information ?
It's interesting that this happened in 2006 - my first enquiry wasn't opened until 2007. Then they retrospectively opened enquiries for earlier years - presumably these had passed earlier reviews.

Is there any chance of making a set of docs available to NTRT memebers (suitably anonymous) showing the story of enquiry opened, reviewed, closed. Would be useful to backup docs to present to MPs showing just how unjustified this respective action is.

Your bully-boy tactics don't wash with us now.
hahaha, I can just see the letter:

I would like to appeal all and any future CN's you send me

Note the wording, "new rules". I bet it will never actually come to pass. Just like most of the crap this Government spouts for cheap soundbites.

Please be patient. This information is very important to us. It will be available at the right time. There are a number of meetings in the next few weeks that will hopefully determine how we can make the best use of it.

I propose that we raise serious misconduct charges via the HMRC Complaint Process. This is overseen by the Independent Police Complaints Commision and should be aimed squarely at the Unit responsible for the attacks on us. Ultimately if the complaint is upheld, it will result in disciplinary action against the individuals involved.

I realise this has no impact on whether the legal process will be overturned but I think it is a justifiable action.

                Thoughts?
Hi. Welcome to the thread. The outcome of a successful complaint can be more than just disciplinary action. There is a list of potential claims against HMRC that include maladministration, misfeasance in a public office, misleading of Parliament, and even perjury. Take a look at the witness statements provided by HMRC personnel to the Judicial Review.

No stone will be left unturned. However, it is important not to lose sight of our primary objective - that of overturning this piece of evil legislation and the damage and uncertainty it brings to UK plc as an investment vehicle.

As I understand the point that Henrik is making is that any complaint would be in the hands of the Independent Police Complaints Commission, and, as such, criminal charges could result. Also, such a process, once started, could not be brushed under the carpet by politicians. It would have to run its due course.
Surely, maladministration could only result in disciplinary charges, i.e. sacking.

Personally, we've put up with this sh1te for too long, with dignity and patience, but mine's wearing very thin.....
