How could the senior bods at HMRC allow threats to be sent just before xmas? Thats twisted and very sick for anyone let alone a government department.

For the last 3 years I've received my self assessment summary as close to Christmas eve as they could possibly send it.

A lovely letter reminding me how much is on "appeal"
