Doesn't matter if it does or doesn't. You do not have a choice... Have you not got that yet? Just get on with it and tell them. You need to go and fess up now and be removed from site.
You are also in a position that will probably count against you ever holding SC in the future.
Frankly you can rape cattle and still hold an SC clearance as long as your security officer knows what a sick sod you are. As soon as you withhold the information you become a risk for blackmail and then a real danger to security...
