'Outsourcing Professionals' - anyone heard of them ?

First up, apologies for all the questions today.... I've been lurking on here for a couple of years but the time has come to lose the umbrella and go it alone. This seemed like a good place to get advice!

    Anyway, on to the point....

Came across these Outsourcing Professionals guys the other day, they're an associate of jobsite.

Having spoken to one of their representatives it seems you actually join a Partnership to maximise your take-home. Apparantly, its done in such a way that gives you limited liability and 'guarantees' your non-IR35 status. Their fee's seem a little steep, mind.

Does anyone know anything about these guys ?

It seems a little too good to be true.....

    And there is your Clue.

If you've been around as long as you say then you should know the standard advice by now.

Own Ltd Co. + Accountant who knows the contracting business.

What you're describing sounds like a dodgy composite and I suggest you go read this thread.

      Enough said. Walk away.

Forget all the fancy schemes. Only seriously wealthy people can get away with that sort of thing. Own Ltd and specialist accountant is the only realistic way to go at the moment.

Yeah, up until this point Ltd + Accountant was really the only option I was considering, but this made me curious. Tho, not curious enough to lose a stack of cash over it.

The fact that they are an associate of jobsite (a reputable site, imo) made me think that they weren't 2 geezers operating out of the back of a fiesta. I suppose there are many different kind of 'geezers' tho....
