            Unfortunately I think it likely that he will turn up as a "consultant" given that he has unparalleled knowledge of what HMRC find acceptable in terms of settlements ect. I don't blame him in any way he may be a very nice guy but what is missing is transparency and that is supposedly what HMRC are fighting us for.
