    Director And Personnel Self Accessment

    Hi,

Im moving from a composite to a my own ltd. Just noticed it states that as a director I have to complete a directors Self Assessment, my questions is, is this additional to my personnel Self Assessment i.e will I need to complete 2 Self Assessments a year a director and personnel one ?

During the last tax year I recieved divs from both a composite of which I was an employee of, and my ltd which I am a director of.

    Cheers

Same one. If you are a Director you have to do an Personal SA form regardless of income.

You might want to check your own spelling before attempting to correct that of others!!

El duder, you really should check your spelling with your mum before posting.
