    Thanks Clare, I understand that working practices are what really count (Different colour badge from permies, not on the org chart, don't keep core hours) but I'm also trying to make sure I don't leave any easy ways in for Hector.

      We can tell you exactly what to put on your invoice but if you don't understand the whole concept of IR35 your are going to fail it whatever you put on it. If you understood it what to put on your invoices would be clear.

      This is a very complicated issue and just getting the wording right on your invoices is the tip of the iceberg. The two posters asking the quesions really do need to go back to basics and re-understand the nature of their business relationships and the in's and out's of IR35. Not naming yourself on an invoice is the absolute basics.

          that should be enough to identify you.
