Which would be claimed back in the hire cost, which is why I don't see how claiming the 45p can be legit. -

I was sugesting that one should only claim the 45p/mile; not claim the rental as that could incur a BIK.Comment

Ah I see, I thought you meant claim the rental and the 45p, I think that is what some people were suggesting. You would have to work out the mileage to break even though, I have just rented a car fro 4 days for £64. That means I would have to 140 odd miles to reclaim it and then of course that excludes the actual fuel, asa rough guess the break even for me would be close to 200 miles.Originally posted by RSoles View PostThink we've got our wires crossed here.
