Hi all this is my first post and not knowing to much about the the ins and out of running a ltd company, hopefully this is were you guys come in
I have a limited company I am a director and shareholder of the company and employee of my company paying myself minimum wage. As I understand it.
I currently work for a company on a permanent full time basis who I invoice for hours worked.
So when coming to fill out forms etc do I class my self as employed or self-employed?
This will be all for now. Lets see where this takes me.
