Anyone else suffering IT Accounting...

Hi,

Thought id post incase anyone else is thinking of going with it accounting (or whatever they are calling themselves now).

Not sure whats happened to 'em they were never top of the game but I could live with them... now they're hopeless nothing is completed, anything they do finish you have to check as there are usually mistakes and you never get the same person twice (guessing they have pretty high staff turnover). Oh yeah and one person who shall remain nameless is just down right rude.

Is anyone else suffering them I can't be alone, can anyone suggest an alternative cos I've had enough of the excuses (when they bother to supply them)?

I am myself with SJD and have been extremely happy with the service. responses to queries are very prompt. The monthly charge is a tad high, but hey ho, the service is damn good.
