Payment gone missing from Business Account (RBS)

Transferred an amount of money over £x,000 to my personal account.

Went out of business account 24 hours ago and always shows up instantly on personal account (due to being in the same group). Still not showing up on my account now. Called them yesterday and said it would be in by the end of the day.

Anybody else had this problem?

Yes but not with business accounts. I regularly make transfers between an account that has all my direct debits, standing orders, bills, mortgage yadda yadda and my normal spend account (with same bank) and occasionally it takes overnight. I was a little concerned first few times it happened but never bother any more. It always gets sorted within a day or so and has never gone missing.

Give it tomorrow as they say and then raise a flag. You could shout and bawl at them but these things are always gonna happen from time to time.

Cheers, yeah just came through. Was a bit worried as its first time it has happened, will know to calm down in future!
