    But you cannot just change agents (providors). If one agent has a position you are locked to that agent. Very rarely do we have the luxury of picking the agent we want to use.

    The wording of your replies is pretty poor. Most of them don't even make sense. You have 3 sentences in that reply and not one is correct.

      A one of late payment isn't a breach of contract particularly if you haven't officially attempted to chase it.
