    Will

Can anyone recommend an online Will service? I found a number online but looking for recommendations.

Or maybe I should just find a local solicitor to draft one up, or buy one of those DIY kits from a shop?

I'd want to include instructions for my Ltd as part of it.

(I tried searching the forum but "will" is too common a word to yield decent results)

Ask around people you know locally for a solicitor, then go to one.

It would save money and problems in the long run getting it done properly for those who are going to inherit your estate. Plus solicitors are regulated and have to have insurance so if they do something wrong you can go after them.

Make sure you have worked out who you want to be executors of your will and ask them now. Don't choose a solicitor or a bank as they charge loads.

i am sure they will have a get out clause like accountants have with their regulator

But agree go for a solicitor on recommendation. Saying that i got advice for my will from the same sol firm who did my divorce and they were useless in advising me for my will. the lady just kept critising me "whats thats too much money to leave behind, your will needs further professional advice from our senior partner (yes at senior rates)". i was off and went elsewhere.

Yeah but unlike will writers who are unregulated, some them have been taken to task about Wills.

Also lots of people do DIY but if your affairs aren't straight forward you could leave an invalid will or make a mess for example by not putting in someone's full name when 2 people you know have similar names...........

Try , if you can, to ge a Solicitor that is STEP registered ( society of Trusts and Estate Planners) as they are even more specialised . Also look out for the wily clause that lists the Solicitors as an Executor ( they tell you this is for your benefit but of course it is for their benefit ) .
