Reading around this forum, the consensus seems to be that as long as a phone contract and/or handset can be a legitimate business expense. As long as the bill is paid for/in the company name and the user is a direct employee.
Maybe its me reading it wrong, but it seems to not matter how much of your business phone you use for personal or business use - As long as you satisfy the above criteria. ?
My accountant said the same about the criteria but didn't give any indication on the split for personal/business use. I'm thinking of getting a contract (SIM Only), I am director of ltd company but I imagine a fair bit would be personal use too. I don't want to end up carrying two phones
