It certainly is. It proves the PCG is so ineffectual and of so little threat to government policy that it is safe to start handing out sinecures to their executives.

Ministers are working on plans to exempt many so-called “intracompany transfers” from the forthcoming immigration cap.

MPs on the committee said the limit posed a threat to Britain’s standing as a centre of commerce, education and science.

Reflecting the fears of business, the committee urged Theresa May, home secretary, to exclude from the cap all company transfers where people come to the UK for less than two years.

David Cameron promised last week in a speech to the CBI, the business lobby: “As we control our borders and bring immigration to a manageable level, we will not impede you from attracting the best talent from around the world.”

Mr Cameron’s team say the focus will be on ensuring “highly skilled workers” are able to come to the UK.

Right. So you are paying tax out of your pocket on your wife's share of YourCo's income, you are subject to the National Minimum Wage, you come under the Working Time Directive, you don't have the option to get out of the Agency Regulations should you wish to do so (which is important to those that understand why it is important), you will be in scope of the Agency Worker's Directive and you don't understand the rules and boundaries of IR35 so are paying full tax and NICs on 95% of your gross like a good little boy.
