Gudie on how to get a CCJ where to start

I thought I would make a post about this so that you might share knowledge experience on this topic.

How to get a CCJ in that you are the victim of a non paying client for whatever reason. Getting one of these is a real pain in the arse and a stain on your credit. There is little you can do if you have a bad debt but here may be something.

I'm not sure if you need a lawyer to do this as it may be a standard form and application, of course legal help would know how to do this its very expensive.

So links and experiences 2ps worth thanks..

Can someone translate this in to something that even begin to makes sense..

Getting a CCJ is easy. Just don't pay your bills, sit on your arse for 6 months and hey presto you have a CCJ. No problems.

I think OP means how to give a non paying customer/client a CCJ for not paying you

Someone ought to set up a web site for this sort of thing.
