    IR35 not received yet

Apologies if this looks like too obvious one, but I am a total beginner.

I've moved to a new accountant (about 1 year ago) and have not received P35 yet.
Previous one was sending it in May every year.

Should I request it to be sent?

Or it is not mandatory, can accountant keep it? I do run a payroll.

Sorry, I tried to search for P35, but search does not allow one, its too short:

    Thanks

    Sorry
I don't know how to edit thread title

Your P35 should have been filed by 19th May so I would definitely question your accountant to see what they have done about it

I wouldn't delay in contacting your accountant as there is a £100 monthly penalty. If your registered office address is not your home address you'll have no way of knowing if it has or hasn't been filed and penalties are incurred unless you have access to your PAYE records on your own Government Gateway.

        Penalties may already total £400

If it has been filed, I would have thought that you would firstly had to approve it.

It doesn't cause your search term is crap. I think you meant

          p35 site:forums.contractoruk.com

Is it possible you didn't get your P35 because the subject title in your mail was incorrect as it is in this thread?

                  Thanks

                  Thanks for all replies.

My registered address is a home address, so I hope there is nothing wrong.
But definitely will call accountant tomorrow.

And thank you for google site search tip.
                  I did not know.

That sounds positive then; as you would have, by now, received penalty notices from HMRC.

                    Good luck
