    IR35 Dead? Don't think so...

    Be warned. A chap I know has two independent businesses, is currently working on a complex offshore programme using his own kit and materials, direct to the client. He is a long-standing PCG member and very aware of the boundaries of IR35. He recently had a VAT check. As a result, it seems he's about to get embroiled in an IR35 investigation.

    HMRC. Don't you just love 'em...
