    Anyone heard of this lot?

Their website tells you sod all but they are based in Guernsey so I assume they are EBT and bargepole territory.....

An agency has mentioned to me that they pass all their contractors to them and a guy I work with is being pressured into using them.

I've just noticed that in order to get access to their website you've got to call or email them - makes the alarm bells ring somewhat!

      My thoughts exactly

It really hacks me off that there are agencies out there who push people to use companies that are likely to be non compliant either now or are likely to be in the future.

He's really green and thinks an umbrella would be a good idea (I tend to agree as he's only going to be on contract for 3 months) and he's just tempted to go for what the agency recommend!
