    Mutual Obligation clause

    does this comment cover it?

At the end of the initial Assignment, Spring shall be under no obligation whatsoever to offer further work to the
Contractor, and the Contractor shall be under no obligation whatsoever to accept any further work, if offered.
    and:

Neither Spring nor the Client has any obligation to offer any further
Assignments, nor is the Contractor under any obligation to accept any such Assignments, if offered. The parties
expressly agree that this is a contract for services.
    Cheers,
    G
I didn't say it was your ******* fault, I said I was blaming you!

doesn't seem like it to me.

That is talking about a lack of MOO once the contract has finished. Doesn't mention anything abot MOO during the contract.

Given your lack of understanding are you sure that a DIY approach is a good idea?

yes, when i took it word for from a PCG contract. Anyway, not a toal lack of understanding, it was more the interpretation of the wording.

everything else was there, the agency even said they dont have MOO as standard in any of their contracts...
