If I was a Suo Motu scheme user, I would be fuming!

Sold down the river because it was more convenient for the directors of Suo Motu.

Does anyone know the whereabouts of the SuoMuto directors?...I think they should be called to account...they have a considerable amount of explaining to do....

Didn't one of them claim insanity in court?

They're in Sofia in Bulgaria from what I've heard (at least one of them is anyway)

            Question to HMRC

(since I know you are reading this)

In your original grounds for opposing the application, you stated:

"HMRC had made both the general public and professional market well aware of its view in 1987 that “partner” and “member of a firm” included any person entitled to a share of the profits of a partnership. HMRC say that this obviously includes a life tenant of a trust where the trustee is a partner."

I now put it to you that you deliberately and wilfully misled the Court in an attempt to prevent these proceedings from going ahead.

            How do you respond?

"Sold down the river" depends whether you are paddling up or down stream. Appearances and currents are deceptive.

Suo Motu settlement may be the best deal since sliced bread if Montpelier lose the JR.

And after all the facts come to light you may be accusing someone else of leaving you "up the creek without a paddle".

I know Suo Motu had the full MTM client list because I, and a number of other MTM clients I know, were cold-called by one of the Directors of S-M after the split trying to persuade us to jump ship.

Some clients of S-M have even told me that they were completely unaware that S-M was a separate scheme to MTM. The Directors of S-M covered up the split and led these people to think they still had the backing of MTM.

We can't prove for certain that S-M passed our details to HMRC, but if they did wouldn't this be in breach of the Data Protection Act? I for one certainly didn't give them permission.

Wouldn't HMRC also be complicit in such a breach of DPA?

DR, what bothers me more is that an accountant stole both the Intellectual Property for the scheme from MTM and also their client list. I'm not convinced that this charlatan is in Bulgaria rather more wanting us to believe that is where he is. Devious and untrustworthy come to mind. The idea that he retains his freedom to peddle more misery to unsuspecting people makes a mockery of our legal system.

Do you think his institute is aware of his misdemeanours?

I think you need to pay another visit to Dr Ashenafi, and get him to add delusion to the list of symptoms this time.
