I have been on a PAYE contract since Oct08. This is rolling on for the time being. Can I change to Umbrella/Limited? Or do i have to stay as I am until the next assignment?

i'd think you need to sign up on a new distinct contract. between the ltd and the client/agency. make sure all the papers are in order.We’re given little to no time for proper analysis and design, and, when we ask management about hiring professional testers and setting up a QA process—well, I’ve seen deer in my headlights look less stunned

Is this not commonly known as an employment contract? You would have to resign with a notice period (having signed a new contract thorugh an umbrella/Ltd Co.Originally posted by RichA View PostI have been on a PAYE contract since Oct08.
