Change from Paye within same assignment?

I have been on a PAYE contract since Oct08. This is rolling on for the time being. Can I change to Umbrella/Limited? Or do i have to stay as I am until the next assignment?

i'd think you need to sign up on a new distinct contract. between the ltd and the client/agency. make sure all the papers are in order.
We’re given little to no time for proper analysis and design, and, when we ask management about hiring professional testers and setting up a QA process—well, I’ve seen deer in my headlights look less stunned

You can make the change RichA but you would need to get a new contract drawn up to replace the existing one.

Is this not commonly known as an employment contract? You would have to resign with a notice period (having signed a new contract thorugh an umbrella/Ltd Co.

New contract should be fine to sort. Many thanks.

Now just need to work out if it worthwhile.
