Abbey Business Internet banking screwed

    I'm still having problems with my Business Banking and Reserve Accounts. My payments are set up but I can only view or print the details.

    Any other option like actually making a payment I am told do not have authority to perform this.

    Anyone else in the same boat still ?

      You need to make sure that they have linked the account to your debit card, which gives you the authorization to do it. Give them a ring and they should do it for you.

        Nope, as far as I can see it works fine. It even works in the latest Firefox version after warning you "the browser is not supported" then carrying on. Apart from the first 2 weeks when I was locked out, it seems to be a much better system now than it was before.

          Ha, just found this.

          Took me over one month to get back into Internet Banking. Problem was (ignoring the fact they disabled my account when I tried to loginto the new inteface the first time) getting my new passcodes to me.

          They sent them to an address I lived at five years ago. A bank sending security related information to an address that has nothing to do with my company AT ALL. When I found this out, their response was that I had to go into a branch and prove I had a new address. And they told me that all debit cards had been sent to this old address too, which was strange as I had to give her my CV2 on the back of the corporate debit card before she would talk to me about her employers incompetance.

          How did I get the debit card, I asked, if it was sent to an address I hadn't lived at for five years? She couldn't explain that one. I could, they have rubbish systems.

          Complete incompetent rubbish bank.

          They lost my personal account last month due to not being able to send me a debit card for 6 weeks. Company account will be changing at end of this contract, don't trust the scum job agency agent to process the new account details mid contact.
