This is all getting very messy, but is unbelievably unprofessional to be honest.
The latest email I've received is in contradiction to some of what SJD have said above on this thread. Namely:
The company name was changed and SJD Scotland is/was a private stand alone company. And the SJD was only service provision and website, as well as use of the trading name that was paid for by the company formed as SJD Scotland. My latest correspondance states that there is no Franchise Agreement. SJD Accountancy does appear not to be a limited company, and any correspondance I have (letters etc) all say it is a part of SJD (Scotland) Ltd.
The website below was also highlighted, and the SJD addresses etc are now listed against this Easy Accountancy. Very strange considering it makes all the claims that SJD used to make. Simon it has also been claimed that you're not a qualified accountant.
http://www.easyaccountancy.co.uk/
That is all very confusing. For what its worth, it seems to me that neither side is telling the whole truth, or considering its clients appropriately and as a result they will loose out heavily from lost customers.
I do not like all the under hand tactics going on, emails going out and setting up of other, very similar websites, companies etc .....
Trust would appear to have been lost.
