Given what Toocan has said, which seems thoroughly reasonable, I wouldn't be surprised if HMRC think that they will lose that they will offer an out of court settlement to avoid the courts testing the case.

- What would be the position on you claiming damages for the distress that HMRC have caused in their attacks on you people?
