seems that it might be to do with immigration etc - dont know if Mehari is a common name- if not this case has been going on for years and is to do with refugee protection - so might drag on as it is listed as a hearing ......
if we get bumped to tomorrow do we get a new judge or keep the same one ?

I'm not holding my breath

Even tho our QC's credentials are excellent I am concerned about the judge that has been appointed. His speciality is JR's and he's a relatively new appointee...and he's conducted a lot of business for HMRC. If my worst fears are realised and he refuses the JR (this will not be the first time he has done it) what will the next step be.............. if he disallows it and refuses an appeal? does it go before the House of Lords? or directly to Europe?
