me ..I am sticking with Montpellier

would I be right in thinking that most people have now left Montpelier, if so why is this?

Some dont like the loan scheme and wanted to go back to LTD ..others have gone permie ....me I am still contracting and still using Montpeilier .....I like the group and down the line quite a way now so staying with them for the long run. It might be the lazy option but I feel like they have lots of clout and I like the reliablity and ease of operation ... when we win it will be even better !!

I (just this week) am switching from MontP to LTD. As has been said on this forum, if HMRC can ride roughshod over any existing legislation AND do it retrospectively, then how can any scheme providers give any assurances whatsoever that it will be successful. It's disgraceful but it has been given Royal Assent so until we win (could be 5 years down the line), I'm playing it safe.

Just been on the Fathers 4 Justice webbie, looking at some of the antics they've gotten up to over the years, magic. They did a fantastic job of raising the profile of Fathers denied access to their kids.

Anyone fancy starting up Taxpayers 4 Justice, kind of like a franchise protest group. I fancy a Watchmen theme, DR you could br Dr Manhattan (but you can wear jockey shorts if you like), Brillo would make a great Rorschach...

Well done Max for p[icking up and posting this excellent speech.

What galled me was to see the smug smile on Gordon brown's face whilst he listed to the speech.

As with the bankers there is absolutely no contrition on the part of those responsible for the econmic mess we are in.

I'm exactly the same, that's why neither myself or partner have left them...i'm now employed but my partner is still self-employed...as an employee isn't it the company that would be responsible for any extra tax next time round if the new scheme ever gets closed retrospectively?

Brilliant. I emailled him last night, mentioning that I found the link from the forum promoting the S58 petition and sent him the link. I doubt he'd be able to do something, he may not even read the email, but it might just give him some ammo next time he wants to have another go.
