My guess is that a Tory majority on the JCHR would advocate repeal of the legislation. They could lay the blame squarely on the previous Labour administration for this shambles.

HMRC have indicated that they may change that process (or lack of it) and following the Telegraph relevations take a longer look at it. Unbelievable
Just received a letter from Timms.
It is word for word identical to the letter he sent me on 23rd December!!!
It is clear that they have no intention whatsoever in answering our questions.
We could complain through our MP but all that will happen is another 2-3 month delay before the Treasury issues another load of twaddle.

I also received the same letter from Timms. Looks like he's too busy maxxing up his expenses to care about anyone else.
