Accountants in Dorset

Can anyone here please recommend an accountant in Dorset. I'm an IT contractor with a limited company, nice and simple however my current accountants I feel are poor.

I am looking for an accountant to manage my business i.e. general accounts, VAT returns, year end etc etc
