SJD - annual return

Good morning,

Can I ask if you are a client of SJD, do they complete the annual return on your behalf?

If not, is it easy to complete it yourself?

They don't but they can... I've fallen prey of the easy way of thinking "SJD will sort it out" then i got a letter from companies house about not filing in a timely manner

Lesson learned, must keep better tabs on what needs to be done and when, after all as a director its my responsibility, not SJD's
