Does anyone have experience of contracting in Ireland

I worked in Ireland and invoiced from an off-shore company. It depends on the end client. The agent will tell you what their requirments are, you may not have an option. I also worked as a non-resident, so did not pay Irish personal tax.

markd - Did anybody get back to you re: contracting in Ireland? I may have a contract in Ireland soon and would like to know about umbrella vs limited and tax implications for contracting in Ireland. Have to see if it works out better in Ireland or if I should stay in the UK so any help would be great!
