    bank charges

    i have had around 16 charges for going over my overdraft limit with small transaction, quite annoying how many times they have charged me in the last few months, thats 16x35pounds

    im going to have some surplas cash soon maybe stick it in a ISA, was wondering of an excuse to try and claw some of my money back any ideas?

    why do you need an excuse surely to try and claim them back surely "i'd like to claim my overdraft charges back please" would work fine, although you'll have to wait until the FSA ruling before you do as all bank charge refund applications are on hold until then..

      How about managing your co's financial affairs better for starters?

      P*sses me off big style people who go over agreed spending limits then expect me and others who dont to bale them out ffs!

      Oh, you think we wont pay for you? Get real, everyone will end up paying bank charges because of those morons who cant keep to a contract with their bank.
