Has anybody had any of the S3 group standard contracts reviewed?

Yes - from Real IT - they accepted some changes quite happily

But did you check that the changes were supported and enforceable by the upper contract?

Not that I'm suggesting they would say or do anything disingenuous to secure a deal, of course...

waiting to hear back but I assume my changes have been accepted - heard nothing to the contrary...

No I didnt check the upper contract - but Im not there now either and only did 4 months - so "relatively" safe - though in the current climate who knows?
