    Paying CT early

    If you pay your corporation tax early and HMRC gives you back a refund, what is that classified as? Another income that you have to pay CT again?

    This would be classed this as interest received and yes to pay CT on this.

      Assuming you mean interest and not a refund of an overpayment.
