    IR35 and other insurance

    Hi,

Related topics has been discussed before as I was searching for answer on the forums here but still was not satisfied so I am writing down my specific query. Can you knowledgeable people shed some light on this:

I am looking for an insurance which covers (at least legal cost) both IR35 and debt recovery (say from agent etc).

I have been looking at the internet and found people have recommendations for PSG and Qdos but they don't seem to cover both things I am looking for. PSG does have this optional service which one can avail at a preferable rate but again there is no detail how to buy this one. It seems that when one wants to go for debt recovery then they will decide on how much %age they will charge and I am worried that at that very moment (hope does not come) they may say any amount. Correct me if I am wrong or please suggest some of the insurance which cover these two things at the same time at a fixed price.

    Thanks,

PCG Plus at £210 plus VAT pa. Does everything you seem to require. Nothing else does.

Does PCG have bad debt protection? I thought it didn't.

You get a discount with a debt collection firm. Plus a limited amount if the agency goes bust.

Just increased my cover to "plus" today. I like the idea of Jury Service cover.

Why do you guys continue to be surprised at the embedded benefits of membership?

              PCGPlus is a commercial no-brainer...

Too much time and effort to fill in all the paperwork...

                  PCG is the way ahead.

Just remember you have to pay corporation tax on top of that.
