        Hi Vlad . . .

I worked with ITECS for around 3 years. After OK (not brilliant) service for a couple of years they completely switched off all pretence of any service. They did not pay my taxes, and have left ME to pay a tax bill of more than 30,000 Euros that they should have paid. I'm now trying to get this money back via the courts. My advice is to stay well, well, well away from ITECS!!! I am happy to give you the details offline . . . I really would like to avoid that they stitch anyboy else up like they have done with me . . .

        Regards,
        Diamond

We have just stumbled onto this thread looking for information on ITECS in the UK and we figured some of you contracting types might be interested in the following:

          03719507 : ITECS UK LIMITED
This company was finally dissolved on the 2nd of April 2013. It had one CCJ issued in June 2012 for £10,646.

Diamondnostril you appear to have the same issue as we are investigating currently, if you have any information you could share this would be greatly appreciated.

            Thanks for the information.

I have 2 outstanding court cases trying to recover money from "ITECS" . . . one against "Parker Woods Europe Limited trading as ITECS" (Company No. 449069) and one against "Parker Woods Limited trading as ITECS" (Company No. 431408). I continue to receive standard Customer Service e-mails from them.

Thanks for the updated information, both of these companies are registered in the RoI.

Parker Woods Ltd Company Number: IE431408

This company applied for voluntary striking off in February of this year. It is also listed as a holding company on Duedil indicating it has probably limited assets. If this company owes you money you must apply to oppose this striking off action.

Parker Woods Europe Ltd Company Number: IE449069

This company would appear to be still be live, as its most recent accounts were filed in October 2012. However these accounts would indicate that they are for a non-trading company. Duedil link.

              Hope that helps

                    ITECS 13/14th salary monthly reserve

I want to check if someone has the same problems:

I'm unable to check what they're doing with gross reserve amount that they are puting/taking aside each month. They said it is reservation for 13th and 14th salary payment, but it seems it is not. They're distributing/paying in installment parts additional fixed amount each month (known as advanced net holiday pay) from gross invoice amount. That means that they're taking this additional gross reserve without question. I have explanations from ITECS regarding this but it is not still clear for me.

They can pay additional salary (13th and 14th month) 2 times a year (June, December) or in installments (every month), what they're doing currently.

Regarding to that, I don't see gross reserve taken monthly amount distubuted/returned to me and I'm unable to check/analyze this.

Every time I asked them about this, I get the same and unclear answer.

                    Terry

                      Hi "Safe Collections",

Thanks very much for your information. This really helped me. I advised my solicitor of this information, and we moved to object to the striking off. It seems this is what prompted the company to offer a settlement - possibly they are very keen to get the company struck off before anybody else claims money owed? I have got some of the owed money from them (not yet all) and they are now trying to get me to drop my objection to the striking off before all of the owed money has been paid. I would advise anybody trying to claim owed money from ITECS that continuing to object to the striking off action is essential. I will drop my objection if/when all my owed money is paid, so if somebody else is in my position then they must ensure that they make their own objection.

Hopefully this update is useful for somebody . . .

                      Regards,
                      Diamond
