From Pay Hubs website: the individual is self employed and is 'soley responsible for their own tax and NI payments'. It says you file your tax through self-assesment, no mention of Ltd company and money from the contract goes through Pay Hub so you may just register as a sole trader. So either it's an MSC or a waste of time.

well there are skill cases against Hector going back 6 years. hector still has not landed a decent punch. it just uses scare, bully boy tactics to intimidate. IF they go for you be prepared for a rough ride - but montpelier will back you all the way.

I think they want to see the scheme through - they have QC opinion that it is watertight. And of course they arn in the meantime.

of course the big question is what happens IF the chancellor declares that the legislation on which montpelier relies is legal.
