From Pay Hubs website: the individual is self employed and is 'soley responsible for their own tax and NI payments'. It says you file your tax through self-assesment, no mention of Ltd company and money from the contract goes through Pay Hub so you may just register as a sole trader. So either it's an MSC or a waste of time.Comment

You need to bear in mind that setting up a company registered in IOM that is not based there is illegal! whilst being an attractive and lucrative option, it represents a very high risk level!
