I've spent years here giving out advice that usually is helpful. First time I ask for anything back I get this sh1te!
Malvolio you really do need a personality transplant!!! If you can't be bothered to help at least allow the rest of us the decency of being spared your rather flawed and juvenile sarcasm.
Rant Over!Comment

I thought it was rather good advice. It's only what I would have done myself...Originally posted by boredsenseless View PostFFS !!!

Seriously, there's a fixed process, driven by HMRC. The website I quoted is actually a pretty good summary of how it works. You also need some accountancy advice on how best to get the money out (if there is any) without tripping over the revised CGT plans if they happen while minimising the tax due.
So it's not as simple as writing to CoHouse and saying "Please delete MyCo", so you will need to do a bit of reading up.Blog? What blog...?

Thanks, I had no doubt that you actually knew the answer as usually in the past you have been knowledgeable (is that how to spell it??) on almost all aspects of running a company.Originally posted by malvolio View PostI thought it was rather good advice. It's only what I would have done myself...

And yes you were right Google would have been a good starting point I just didn't appreciate the sarcasm at the time...Comment

Try a search on here for ESC C16 (which can be difficult because of the short length of the phrase).
It's important to do it in the right order otherwise gordon gets all the loot in the bank account.
If it has no money you could alway just resign as a director, then completely ignore everything and wait for it to get struck off.Comment
